Crafting the future of precise video editing.

Framevia EditLab was founded to elevate editorial craft through focused, industry-proven training that respects the editor’s time and vision.

Our story

Launched in 2018 by a collective of senior editors working in film, advertising, and documentary, Framevia began as a small studio workshop in San Francisco. We quickly grew into a global curriculum because editors kept asking for deeper, more deliberate instruction on rhythm, storytelling, and technical fluency.

“We don’t teach software. We teach thinking.”

Today our team spans four continents, all united by one obsession: helping editors deliver work that stands the test of time.

Mission

We exist to transform good editors into exceptional ones by providing transparent, structured, and immediately applicable education. Every course is built so students can return to their timelines the same day with measurable improvement.
Clarity over hype

No shortcuts. Every technique is explained with context and purpose.

Real client work

Projects mirror actual briefs from agencies and directors we collaborate with daily.

Lifetime access

Updates are free. Our curriculum evolves with the industry, not against it.

Instructional approach
