3. Purchases and Refunds

All course purchases are final. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee only in cases where the purchased course contains significant technical errors that prevent normal use. Refund requests must be submitted via the Contact page within 14 days of purchase.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on Framevia EditLab, including video lessons, downloadable resources, and branding assets, remains the exclusive property of Framevia EditLab. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for personal educational purposes. Any other use requires prior written consent.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Framevia EditLab is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from negligence on your part. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
